about us

Ogden Editions opened early in 2020 when owners/partners Greg & Kathy Ogden and Bobby Kranc

brought their combined 62 years of experience in the fine art market from Southern California

to Middle Tennessee.

"We came here to visit a few times and found ourselves drawn to the area south of Nashville.

The timing seemed perfect for us to relocate and open our own small business doing the same things

we've been doing for decades".

Greg started making picture frames in a spare bedroom in '87 for his own art and found himself painting

more because he enjoyed framing almost more than he did creating the art.  In '93 he began working

professionally and later became vice president of a well-known California printing and framing shop.

Not long afterward, Kathy and Bobby joined the team at a time when the new focus was entering the world

of fine art printing.  As picture framers, we had seen some "questionable" printing quality coming in from

different sources to be framed and we made it our mission to produce a better product than all of them.

As Important as quality is, we hope that what our customers get from working with us is a sense of Family.

We want this process of digital printing to be something that is not technical to the beginner so they can

relax and explore creative options.  For the seasoned pro, we strive to offer a trusted source that they feel

will represent them well in the marketplace and assist them with their projects through to completion from

the gallery wall to their customers home or office.

"We're a team.  Kathy brings a strong customer service

and sales background as a product developer and Bobby

adds an organized approach to production with a strong

work ethic that motivates all of us.

The art market can be difficult and competitive but we

strive to provide and put more emphasis on customer

service and quality than many of our competitors do, and

this has allowed us to create a special family of artists, photographers, and publishers".
